She stood before the factory, thinking about what should be done. All her life she had been an wondering loner and she found it time to fix that. Her parents were an odd mix, but that made her strong. They use to say to her how one day she would become an strong pack leader. Looking at this human loss, she caught the old scents of food. She knew that none of it was still around.
In her mind she started to picture what use to be and how the humans roamed this place like they owned it. Well, not it was hers. She owned it. Lifting her head into the air, she let the wind take her mind. It felt good from the long hot day. She had traveled far and now she found this place.
Shaking her ears, Hinata, as he parents called her, moved forward. Her paws, tried of the burnt feeling of asphalt. At first she circled around the area, marking it as her own, then she search for an place to enter and if not, she would make one. Once around, she saw only one way in and out, it was a large drift wood, then slid from side to side and behind it was and hole. Using her front paws, she moved the drift wood and enter her pack home. She marked it entrance well and enter. There was an drop at first and it took Hinata by surprise. She fell forward and laid on the hard ground at first, confused but then it all turned into laughter. Shaking her head, she moved on, looking back and then rolling her eyes.
The ground was cold, an few spots covered with old boxes and crates. Some stands marked the ground but none were blood or urine. Bits and pieces of glass could be found but none to cut paws. Looking around with her eyes, she saw the few old rust machines. If any were to attack her pack could easily use the machines to surprise their enemies, however so far there was only one way in and out. The roof above her seemed strong, an bit high, but she was sure there was an way to reach the top.
Placing herself in the middle of the factory, she took in another deep breath. This was her home now and hopefully soon, this old rusty factory with an strong roof, will form the greatest pack known alive.
